1. The staff was really nice and it was great to check our belongings (even refrigerated items!) with the desk on check out day and use all the facilities for the whole day until our evening flight.

5. There are not so flexible about check out times and tend to reserve the prime ocean front units for timeshare members, (even if you're paying for it) but this is a small issue compared to the overall value we found.

6. We were in Hale 5 as last minute exchangers, we enjoyed dinner on our Lanai even though the ocean was a distant view across a park and Brenneke's , which we did check out one evening.
