I shlouldn't have had to spend the time trying to contact a manager that I did or to have to wash my towels, clean my own unit upon check in, be bothered by sales pitches so much durning my stay, be limited to a kitchen counter to use the laptop on the internet, and then when I wanted to spen my day at the resort there are no acvtivities or services to make use of.

4. All furnishings and appliances were in good repair including the washer and dryer which we used for our towels.

5. That was the only time in those three weeks that is was done as advertised, like replacing towels, bedlinen etc. The manager had promised to see what he could do to compensate our inconvenience.
