1. And because of the Blue Heron's central location, EVERYTHING is close-by, including restaurants and stores within walking distance; the Disney parks/Universal/Sea World are only a short drive away.

We found the location perfect for what we wanted for access to restaurants, shopping and attractions in the area, and loved it that you could always spot the Blue Heron towers from a way off, to guide you back, but you do need a car if you plan to do anything other than use the Disney shuttle service.
