The Downs: 1) ZERO Room service which is a huge minus for towels, laundry, linen, etc., 2) Parking is a mess for any vehicle larger than a compact car so scraps and accidents are common, 3) Swimming Pool is not well kept, 4) Workout room is not comfortable at all, 5) No restaurant, bar or spa offered.

3. In closing if you are like some of the reviewers who want bars, room service, and all the percs of a high priced resort then I suggest you open the wallet and spend the money somewhere else, If you want an affordable, very nice large condo that is quiet and feels like home after a long day at the parks then by all means this is the place.

4. we bought a rod reel, line plugs from wallmart for under $25 and caught a few bass up to 3lbsthe only slight niggle we encountered was a lack of bedding for the sofa bed which was resolved by a phone call to room service.
