1. overall a good quality stay quiet on the 17th floor but consider the balcony a bit nervy if you have young children, although a good railings at about 4ft tall, when a bar / tall stool is taken onto the balcony it would be easy for a child to climb over.

In closing if you are like some of the reviewers who want bars, room service, and all the percs of a high priced resort then I suggest you open the wallet and spend the money somewhere else, If you want an affordable, very nice large condo that is quiet and feels like home after a long day at the parks then by all means this is the place.

8. So called newspapers are limited to a few per day yet it shows in there information they are available free in lobby, no phone book in room, No bar or even a snack bar for you at the pool.
