5. Loved the deck looking over the pool area and Lake Bryan, it was a great place to drink my morning coffee and feel the warm sun on my face even though there was a cold wind.

8. CON'S - the beds have never been great but after 5+ years of being open - it is time for an internet speed upgrade, some appliance replacement (during our stay we had to have 2 appliances worked on) and some 'deep cleaning' - the pool deck does not recieve much sun especially around the hot tub therfore needs a good powerwash as do the bay windows that are not accesible by balcony.
