4. I was living the life, waking up, walking out onto my private balcony, running (more like strolling) across the street to get my Starbucks (I'm addicted) and came back to sit in my private balcony before it was time to hit the pool or the beach.

7. 24 hour restaurant across the street (Jerry's famous Deli), we bought our own liquor at Washington and Lincoln (4 blocks away) - much cheaper.

8. On Collins, right across the street I recommend the Grill Fish, 2 blocks straight west is Espanol Way, and lots of other choices close by.

9. To be honest I think the view over Espanola Way was much better than an ocean view because you got a feel for Miami, see the street come alive in the evening and amazing sunsets you can watch form the hot tub.
