1. We highly recommend city view if you plan to spring for the cost of this room it since the terrace seems to have more privacy compared to ocean view ones and watching sunset and city lights sitting in the private hot tub was great.

6. Our butlers were so nice to us, did errands, got us pizza at 1 AM when there was no delivery, showed us how to use everything, cleaned our hot tub -- the water gets dirty every time you fill it (after a while), it's not a maintenance problem, it's a MIAMI problem with air pollution.

8. Dust on everything, utensils in room dirty, fridge doesn't get any colder than room temperature, rugs not vacuumed, sand on the floor and who would want to use the hot tub when the thing is filthy and filled w/hair and all this upon arrival.
