1. We highly recommend city view if you plan to spring for the cost of this room it since the terrace seems to have more privacy compared to ocean view ones and watching sunset and city lights sitting in the private hot tub was great.

When I pointed out that we couldn't have used the 'resort items' even if we'd wanted to, because of the inclement weather, the receptionist reluctantly agreed to refund the full cost 'as a courtesy' but, on checking my credit card bill upon return to the UK, only one night had been refunded, which I felt was pretty unreasonable in the circumstances.
