1. The hotel has ZERO service, and our room did not smell fresh/clean when we returned (something that would indicate that the room was scoured with cleaning products and properly sanitized).

2. The location is perfect (1 minute to the beach), the service was excellent (having experienced problems with my credit card they were extremely helpful) and i found the staff to be very friendly (especially Willy the concierge).

You've got a walgreens and CVS nearby so you can by snacks and beverages*FRIDGES: rooms have fridges - great for storing leftovers and alcohol!*CONCIERGE: Sweet peruvian lady who was very helpful and set us up on a aligator tour - she was probably the quickest at customer service with little to no waiting timeIn the end, I will not stay here again - for the amount paid to stay here, I would rather pay a bit more elsewhere for better service.

4. I would not stay here again, especially for the price I paid compared to some of the other hotels I could have stayed at around the same area, paid around the same price and received better service.

5. A great breakfast is served for 3 hours by a really friendly guy who gave great service.

6. People like that, add the difficulty of finding parking, add the tip that is included at restaurants without a good service, I will not return too soon to Miami, put it that way.

I can't wait to go back, the hotel was great people we're very friendly they made me feel a home the service was great no complaints the rooms were great they were very clean and I always had clean towels and wash clothes I never once had to complain about the service I will be going back to the hotel no doubt.
