1. The location was great, the parking was not as bad as reported and the hotel was not as bad as the reviews.

2. there were flyers all over the hallway, someone had spill a yogurt and it was all over the floor, the room seem clean, but it smell like tabacco (we asked for non-smoking) the next day was just as bad, no parking, the elevator was broken, we had to use the one in the back close to the pool, it smell like urine.

3. People like that, add the difficulty of finding parking, add the tip that is included at restaurants without a good service, I will not return too soon to Miami, put it that way.

7. #6 - free wi-fi in lobby, parking was limited (5 or 6 cars only and quite expensive - $40/night)#7 - room service - there is no working kitchen (not while we were there) so room service is, you call the front desk and they order for you from Papa John's or local eatery.

9. We did not bring a car so I cannot comment on the parking, but I will say that there was a 'Parking Lot Full' sign dislplayed most of the time.
