1. Most importantly the rooms and hotel in general were clean (if a little worn, though most hotels in Miami are the same) and the rates are extremely favourable.

9. Overall if I had to do it again I may consider shopping the other hotels and see how their rates and reviews compare, but don't completely rule this one out.

10. We knew heading to South Beach over the Christmas and NY's period that we would have to pay more for our hotel, but even at a lower rate this hotel was very poor.
