1. The location is perfect (1 minute to the beach), the service was excellent (having experienced problems with my credit card they were extremely helpful) and i found the staff to be very friendly (especially Willy the concierge).

2. The hotel was dirty, the elevators didn't work (I got stuck on one for two minutes!), with the exception of one person, the concierge staff were absolutely terrible, the beds were old and visibly sagging, the TV only got Spanish language channels and PBS (No NBC, ABC, CBS.

3. bathroom dirty - long black hair on walls and hairdryer - no safety - anyboby can enter the hotel without control - the whole night extremely loud music at the pool bar - very nice concierge and parking service.

4. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights before going on a cruise, we drove from Orlando and was greeted with a smile when we arrive, the concierge took care of our hire car while we checked in.

You've got a walgreens and CVS nearby so you can by snacks and beverages*FRIDGES: rooms have fridges - great for storing leftovers and alcohol!*CONCIERGE: Sweet peruvian lady who was very helpful and set us up on a aligator tour - she was probably the quickest at customer service with little to no waiting timeIn the end, I will not stay here again - for the amount paid to stay here, I would rather pay a bit more elsewhere for better service.
