1. I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn't give me a refund but she informed me that she would give me another room which she assured to me was better.

8. I booked online as a package deal, the mistake I made not really knowing the hotel(if u want to call it that) I clicked on non-refundable.

Refunds are out of the question, however they will accept your checkout and keep your cash and sale the room to someone else and double their earning potential to hopefully one day get new sheets, carpet, paint, a professional pool company, a bar tender that will actually work at the bar, more than 4 tv channels, a 10 week customer service training, an elavator inspection, a deep cleaning maid service and the bonuses required to ensure they complete the 3 year project, and professional legal representation that will be needed if they continue to operate in the same manner.

10. I whent to the looby and told the lady that we want a refund and we would go of the hotel, she claim to be the manager and told that she could not give a refund because it was a non refundable reservation and I told her that there was no way that she had told us could not make the refund.
