1. ok ill start like this they spend all of there money on the first floor the lobby is nice the lil bar is nice the pool is nice but it close @ 5pm.

Let me be candid: while I could have easily afforded to stay at a more luxurious hotel, saving money on my hotel stay (something that would otherwise be astronomically expensive) allowed me to enjoy things with a bigger price tag: spa services, dining at some of the finest restaurants, and bottle service at two of Miami's most expensive clubs.

8. We immediately tried to check out but the front desk would not refund the money since we had already been up to the room and they 'would have to clean it again' (?what - for the secodn time in the last decade.
