1. Also the cleaning lady repeatedtly knocked on our door at 10:40am and so on for us to get out when checkout is 11am.

Refunds are out of the question, however they will accept your checkout and keep your cash and sale the room to someone else and double their earning potential to hopefully one day get new sheets, carpet, paint, a professional pool company, a bar tender that will actually work at the bar, more than 4 tv channels, a 10 week customer service training, an elavator inspection, a deep cleaning maid service and the bonuses required to ensure they complete the 3 year project, and professional legal representation that will be needed if they continue to operate in the same manner.

4. We never really asked the front desk for anything so we never had to come in contact with them, only for checkin and checkout.
