1. I though the service was great!- The room (a junior suite) was very nice, very roomy, with nice amenities and I slept like a baby.

7. The Fairmont had better service, gorgeous suites, housekeeping at the Fairmont moved furniture to vacuum & twice thanked us for their tips, the ambience is luxurious/ welcoming, CLEAN, hospitable, the buffet was terrific value.
