5. Cortez, After Michelle, Housekeeping Manager, had our room cleaned thoroughly yesterday, I opened a night table drawer this morning only to find a one-inch long, live cockroach running around in it.

6. shower, double-sinks, fantastic housekeeping staff who vacuumed daily (even moving furniture to do so), cleaned bathroom thoroughly, helpful, personable staff all over armed with a 'can-do' attitude, anticipating your needs before u have to ask (like true hosts would), impeccably manicured clean grounds, a very comfortable atmosphere.

7. Further to my husband's note to you the other day with the 'unauthorized' room guests (2 small cockroaches caught after housekeeping had supposedly cleaned our room on Jan.

8. The Fairmont had better service, gorgeous suites, housekeeping at the Fairmont moved furniture to vacuum & twice thanked us for their tips, the ambience is luxurious/ welcoming, CLEAN, hospitable, the buffet was terrific value.
