4. The restaurant manager, Mary Anne, was absolutely fantastic--always attentive to all of the tables, surprising guests with special treats from the chef, and incredibly knowledgable about the impressive wine selection.

5. Cortez, After Michelle, Housekeeping Manager, had our room cleaned thoroughly yesterday, I opened a night table drawer this morning only to find a one-inch long, live cockroach running around in it.
