1. If you go to this resort, you definately should have the onion rings at Kumu Bar and Grill, they are fantastic and at 4pm they only cost $4 (happy hour).

2. No, its not the service of the four seasons BUT at a fraction of the cost, you get to be in a beautiful setting and enjoy a quality resort.

7. The additional cost at one of the other resorts will not only provide that 'service' element that makes you feel like someone just appointed you king or queen, but it usually includes other perks like free yoga classes on the beach, free cabana (at Four Seasons vs $100 per day at Marriott), wonderful treats brought to you at the pool like cold towels and pineapple slices, staff magically knowing your name where ever you go, etc. The FS even offers free childcare during the day.
"Great, convenient choice in Wailea - perfect if you use points or get a great deal " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/13/2009 Vote
8. Marriott Rewards Benefits (Part 1)The recent changes in the Marriott Rewards Program (all members of the program will know what I'm referring to) have made hotel rewards a lot more costly and the program much less attractive compared to others like the Starwood Preferred Guest Program.
"Great location, beautiful resort - unfortunately the hotel knows that! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2009 Vote
9. So, when you see Macadamia Pancakes for a steep price on the menu, you can order just one, which is plenty and cut costs!(The fried potatoes are delicious and enough for 2).
"Little Piece of Heaven! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/21/2009 Vote
10. You can sit at the children pool and enjoy the free Laua which usually cost over $50/person.
