1. If you don't like staying in the big resorts with all the crowds (and things like swim-up bars, room service, and valet parking), but you like a little class.

5. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant of its own (and therefore no room service if that might bother you), but there is a big one next door and then at the Coconut Market (a 3 minute walk), there are lots of places to eat as well.

7. Although there is a shopping center (restaurants, touristy shops, and a convenience store) right across the parking lot, my colleague was bummed that the hotel doesn't offer room service.

8. Do not expect an extra coffee or soap there, they don't provide this kind of room service, but it's not a big deal when you look at your billing statement after your trip :) Very good location just by the ocean.
