1. I found an awesome deal on the north shore, a cute 1-bedroom condo with a full ocean view that cost less than this place, in a nice area, and in great condition.

8. For those writing poor reviews, sorry you are trying to quench your champagne tastes with a beer budget, but that just means you won't be returning, leaving more spots for us that know an exceptional deal when we see one.
