Also, there are a number of great restaurants to walk to in the coconut marketplace- Eggberts for breakfast (mac nut pancakes with coconut syrup were delicious), and the fish hut for
lunch
(fresh grilled fish and shrimp plates for $7-$10).

There is no restaurant on premises, but the Huki Lau just next door is great for dinner and the Fish Market on the other side is excellent (and cheaper) for

We also walked to the resort next door (Hukilau Lanai) for the 'best meal on the island' and I have to agree it was great - cocktails dangerously strong though :) We also walked to Safeway for groceries for breakfast and
lunch
as there was a fridge and microwave in the rooms.
