1. I found an awesome deal on the north shore, a cute 1-bedroom condo with a full ocean view that cost less than this place, in a nice area, and in great condition.

4. I'd recommend more to families on a budget (that pullout sofabed would be great to make the most of your lodging costs) than to couples on a budget, but it was a clean, safe place to stay, with convenient access to everything you need.

9. The rooms all have a small kitchenette stocked with glasses, silverware, etc.-There is a great restaurant at the hotel nextdoor at the Kauai Cost Resort, Hukileau Linea.
