7. In addition, similar to other comments, the pool was closed when we got here (we selected this place because of the pool), the lobby is under construction, there was a big beer party going on around the corner from our room at a picnic table, while we were leaving to go to dinner (very loud; making people feel uncomfortable), and although this is advertised as a beachfront hotel, you cannot swim here because of the riptide.
