3. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the concierge gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities (and discounts on both).

4. If I had one complaint it would be the desk staff who really aren't as friendly as they could be nor very helpful, this includes the concierge person who didn't seem willing to help if you weren't booking something with her.
