1. We also needed new towels for the pool so we asked the pool bar attendant and were scolded that we needed to make sure we turned them back in before we left.

5. The unit also comes with 4 beach towels for the guests use - we had brought ours out of the unit during the weekly cleaning, so we don't know if they would have replaced them or not.
