1. ;o)SHOPPING: The shopping right in the area is limited but there are 2 small outdoor malls about a mile from the property that will keep you entertained for an evening stroll and they have a nice variety of restaurants to choose from as well.

2. You will not find a beach or restaurants here but there are plenty nearby at the Hilton Waikoloa Resort and a Hilton shuttle bus is available with a schedule.

The resort area includes the HGVC villas, the Bay Club condos and Kings Land (also time share properties), the Hilton hotel, a Marriott hotel, 2 shopping areas and all the amenities you'd expect: pools, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Plus, the Bay Club has tennis courts, fitness center and a recreation department.
