1. The lanai was huge with a table and lounge chairs, we ate breakfast everyday on the lanai overlooking the golf course and the ocean.

2. It is unfortunate that they don't have a small dining facility on the actual HGVC site, although there is the King's Grill which is a 5 minute walk from the main gate at the King's Golf Club and serves delicious breakfasts.

Having the kitchen (complete with blender!) was great - although we didn't cook at all, we bought some snacks, coffee, breakfast foods and beverages in Kona on our way from the airport - everyone was able to get up at their own pace and we had our own happy hour in the afternoons overlooking the golf course or by the pool.

Everyhting about the hotel was fabololus, we had our breakfast included in the price in our stay which was a bonus, as it woukd of cost us $50 every morning, The resturants were set at a resonable price especially for the food, Only downside is, if you want lunch at the pool only a few bars do lunch, or you gotta trek to find a bar.

8. If you are going to book this hotel then book it online not through ur travel agent as they wanted o charge is$1000 for a week, and we got it for $500 each for the week inc breakfast.

9. first huge rooms great view/ huge pools with slides great lagoon with fish and see turtule to swim with all water activity and buffet breakfast were included .
