1. I was OK with using the valet but if you don't want to shell out the additional $25 per day and/or let a stranger drive your car, free parking is at an unnecessary minimum in the spacious resort.

2. The hotel is very clean, has plenty of parking, and is far enough away from everything to relax, yet just 10-15 minutes from a large shopping center with restaurants, etc. There are a lot of golfers at the hotel.
"Nice hotel but expensive " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/30/2011 Vote
3. Upon check-in, the concierge (Martin)advised us that the hotel was fully committed for the evening and if we had a good parking spot that we should consider keeping it.

4. One night (all fees included) was just under $300 - which I was willing to pay for a high-end place - but they couldn't find our reservation when we arrived, the pool was sooooo crowded you couldn't get near it, the food wasn't good (and cost $90 for 4 light lunches), parking was a challenge, and the place generally looked tired and worn.
"Nice but not worth the price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/6/2009 Vote
5. Also, the parking garage was completely full when I arrived so was forced to use valet.

9. My friends joined me for breakfast and were charged $16 for parking - more than in NYC, and Barton Creek is in the middle of nowhere.
