7. I had no problems sleeping in the bed, but our windows were smeared with grease or something pretty gross - this was obviously overlooked by housekeeping.

9. The doors are very loud and heavy, they slam at 2am when guest return and was never able to get a full night sleep or when housekeeping is on the floor.

10. The resort fee is fine, but it's very confusing as to what goes where, particularly as it pertains to housekeeping and whether their keep, under the umbrella category of resort fee, warrants (or doesn't warrant) a greater tip from the guest.
