5. We fought this battle for our entire stay, the resort never tunred up the heat and the Housekeeping staff continually turned down the thermostat in our room.

7. I had no problems sleeping in the bed, but our windows were smeared with grease or something pretty gross - this was obviously overlooked by housekeeping.

9. The doors are very loud and heavy, they slam at 2am when guest return and was never able to get a full night sleep or when housekeeping is on the floor.

10. It's clear that there's a 21% gratuity for the food servers - this should be made clear for housekeeping as well so that guests don't mistakenly shortchange fair compensation, as I may have.
