1. On the negative side, rooms in the tower are a good ten minute walk from the lobby.

2. In the spacious lobbies, meeting room areas, and restaurants, you are as likely to meet a deadline-driven business traveller on the cutting edge of high tech as a leisurely retiree who is an avid golfer or a family with 5 kids who are thrilled with their mini-vacation.

3. The off-lobby lounge is a nice feature -- relaxing place to catch the end of a game on several TV's or play a game of pool while having a pre or post dinner drink.

7. The staff did the best they could to accomodate her, including assigning a room right off the lobby elevator (some of the rooms in this hotel are quite a long hike from the elevators).

10. We stayed in the Tower and were forced to go back to the lobby and then backtrack in order to take an elevator from the pool area - or climb a huge number of steps (difficult with children) to reach the elevators in the Tower.
