4. BCS&R was really bumping while we were there, so we were impressed with our speedy check-in and check-out and the consistency of the maid service (note that housekeeping gratuities are included in the resort fee) especially considering we were there over Christmas.

6. After driving 4 hours to get to Austin, we tried to check in at 5pm and our room was not ready (hadn't been cleaned yet) - extrememly odd.

7. Being on a hillside, their are multiple levels- so the desk to check in to fitness area is on one landing, then you go up stairs to actually go to the fitness area and then you go down another set to the pool.
