1. It was not the most relaxing experience, however the hotel manager was extremely responsive and he deducted the cost of the treatment from the cost of the room.

2. Much to my amazement, the two resort managers roamed the hallways, bars, restaurants and the spa and engaged you in conversation coaxing your opinions on the resort and the staff without telling you who they were until much later.
