1. I had requested a room with 2 double beds but when I checked in, our room had some problems so they gave us two rooms (for the price of one) to make sure we were comfortable.

4. Overall I was happy with my choice of hotel - you dont get much for your money in New York, but this property offered a quality room in a great location for a reasonable price (considering New York options!) I would certainly consider staying here again if visiting the area.

8. we did not eat at hotel but had breakfast 2 mins away at diner called Van Dams and evening meal at AOA, in Tribeca, 10 mins walk where we tasted some of the best food we'd ever had at a very good price.
