5. The first time I was here, I lost my cell phone and the manager in charge was very helpful throughout the painful process of attempting to get my phone back by providing phone numbers to taxi companies, calling the other hotel which I incorrectly was dropped at, etc. I was also offered a complimentary drink to ease the frustrations since I just landed after a 24 hour flight.

7. An older lady I took to be the manager or owner of the franchise kept appearing asking how everything was and could they do anything else (I assumed she was the boss bec she certainly gave orders to staff!).

10. It was a quiet and restful night's sleep, though it should be noted that some of the second floor rooms are above the restaurant, which was hosting a fairly noisy celebration of some kind that brought several calls of complaint to the manager while we dined at the bar.
