2. Front desk staff was very accommodating, gave me extra complimentary water bottles every day which was great given the extreme heat (105 degrees outside), and let me check out at 4:30 PM on my departure day so I could enjoy the neighborhood leisurely before my flight.

The first time I was here, I lost my cell phone and the manager in charge was very helpful throughout the painful process of attempting to get my phone back by providing phone numbers to taxi companies, calling the other hotel which I incorrectly was dropped at, etc. I was also offered a complimentary drink to ease the frustrations since I just landed after a 24 hour flight.

8. The so so: Somewhat surly staff, weird hotel configuration (a support pillar blocking the front door entrance and another the elevators; small rooms; narrow hallway on each floor), strange 'C level' - the basement with tiny gym, ice machines, etc. The complimentary water is warm.
