1. Even thought they were very busy at the front desk with others checking in, they were very helpful in giving my husband directions to a parking lot via our cell phone ~ even having to look up on a may where he had ended up.

7. Plenty of available street parking close to hotel (you can park in front for 1/2 hour to unload - they will give you a sign for your car).
