5. CONS: not clean (I had to wipe lots of hair from the floor and bathtub, the towels and washing clothe were not laundered well) and not comfortable (very small, no ventilation) bathroom; noise from the street, dated and tired ambiance, elevators had some problems opening the doors on our floor.

6. I called for not replenish coffee and the supplies when used, I called about shortage of towels (we had 4 sets for 3 nights and all of a sudden 3 sets).
