has never been at the desk in the 3 times we've sought help, pool is tiny, shower not working, tiny room, ice machines not functioning, staff, except for valet parkers and lifeguard, are not very happy.

service for the evening happy hour and also for breakfast.

lounge and accompanying services have been discontinued.

service, something i am not aware of having happened at any other Hilton Hotel property.

Needless to say, it was busy and we had to wait to use a computer, but when another guest complained, management offered use of the computer in the

lounge -- very courteous.
