1. The location is close to Dupont Circle, and right across the street from the Indonesian Embassy (a beautiful Beaux-arts mansion).

3. You need to head for the parallel street to get to the restaurants, small shops, etc. If you are into jogging, then you can jog down to the river and then through Georgetown which reminded us a bit of Putney in London.

4. Not only is the standard USA Today offered, but The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and Financial Times are all available at most locations within the hotel.

5. If you stay on the quiet side of the building (not Massachusetts Ave) and have a view of the back street, it's very pleasant and has nice views.
