1. I saw people with dogs there (don't know the fee), but never heard one bark or any outside traffic noise.

2. I had no problem requesting and receiving a nonsmoking room (which can be a problem sometimes with Priceline) Wifi has a fee but is free in the lobby.

3. We called to ask about parking our car early before our check-in, and they let us know about the $35 parking fee up front, but also said that it would be a one-time charge, as we were staying just overnight.

4. The Hotel was worth the stay, staff was extremely helpful the only down side of hotel was the $30 a day parking fee.

5. Some of the incidental fees are a bit shocking -- $35 for parking and $13 for 24 hours of internet access, but at least there is a business center with two computers.
