1. We'd parked in the driveway for check in, he followed us to the car (without a cart) & as we unloaded our suitcases, he picked up a package & actually handed it to me to carry (I had three fingers free on one hand, why not hand me more?) He led us the long way around, through the garage (this would have made sense if he'd brought a bellamn's cart.

6. Even though I won the hotel through priceline at a great rate, the check-in guy was still nice enough to put my hilton credentials in, so I'll still get points and stay credit if I buy a bottle of water or make a phone call etc.CONS: no free internet, nothing is free.

7. Check-in was quick and friendly, but when we got to our room, it was the opposite of my advance request -- high floor, far from elevators (our room was low floor, across from elevator).

8. We were met at the entrance to the garage and all our bags were immediately put on a cart and taken to the front desk to await our check-in.
