4. Rooms were big and ok , but the A/C was not very good it made the room very hot or very cold , bathroom was clean and good, bed comfy and the view is great you see many embassies from the window and gives you a diplomatic feeling.

7. CONS: not clean (I had to wipe lots of hair from the floor and bathtub, the towels and washing clothe were not laundered well) and not comfortable (very small, no ventilation) bathroom; noise from the street, dated and tired ambiance, elevators had some problems opening the doors on our floor.
