1. Nice patios but furniture was outdated.

It had every amenity you could think of: Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms - which we actually never used but it was nice to have the option - a stereo, CD and DVD players, nicely appointed bathrooms, plenty of closet and drawer space and a veranda big enough for a patio table and four chairs to watch sunrises with coffee and sunsets with a MaiTai.

4. A gorgeous one bedroom, two bath condo with floor to ceiling windows, a jetted tub in the master bathroom, a stunning kitchen, all the amenities you could ask for including a cooler for the beach and a great patio.

6. We didn't notice the new condo building noise behind the Mahana, but there was loud tile cutting around the pool area every day, not sure what they are doing, but maybe finishing up a few areas that are on the outer edges of the new patio.
