1. Free DVD rental, discount vouchers for nearby restaurants, car parking etc. the worst thing was that one of the amenities was use of a gym in their sister hotel.

4. To be specific, because we booked during a busy time and (perhaps) for a decent discount, months ago via Expedia, they 'downgraded' our room without notice (and probably because they overbooked the rooms).

5. We are pretty self directed so if you're like that, just pick up the latest copy of Maui Revealed and book your trips on-line, usually you get a discount that way.
