Everyone at the front desk was really nice and helpful but its definitely a different experience than you will have at a real hotel - no greetings when you come in, no help with luggage etc. We had issues with the room not getting cleaned and then when they wanted to come we had to change to go to a wedding party.

6. It was very modern and must have been recently remodelled with the granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer etc. The staff at the front desk was very courteous and helpful as was Susan at the conciege desk.
