6. We did not go to the concierge within 24 hours of check-in because we didn't want to be bothered by the timeshare pitch so we didn't get the HGVC tote that people were carrying around (It looked like a reusable grocery bag, but thinner,), nor did we get our blue 'experience' card activated.

7. There are a number of concierge personnel, but each one we spoke with knew less than the one before regarding local sightseeing and dining options.
