1. We appriciated excellent location of this hotel - (a bus stop in front of the hotel, nearby shopping - ABC store, Food pantry, pharmacy, dining etc. - beach only two blocks from the hotel), free internet in the room, cheap transport to the airport from the hotel (only 11 dollars pp), free beach towels.

2. - Maids would actually call you to ask if you want to have your room clean IF they haven't cleaned your room that day- Proves clean towels everyday (that is something important for me)- A/C works great- They keep on giving you shampoo and conditioner even if you didn't finish your old one- THEY DON'T TAKE YOUR THINGS!(trust me I've been to hotels where I left money or small items and had have them taken.

3. Helpful and friendly staff, (although Michael at the front desk could make more of an effort to look in the back for clean beach towels, like all other front desk staff did.

7. The hotel stresses the 'green' approach with towels etc. For a new towel place the towel on the floor and to reuse your towel hang it up.

10. I had emailed in advance asking for extra pillows & towels for our arrival, we only got the extra pillows( which were too soft) but when we asked for the extra towels next day we got them.
