1. The front desk staffs are very friendly and professional , the girl name Miko is very sweet and helpful , all other guys are great too but i forgot their names , and wednesday free intertaintment at the lobby made us fell the hotel treating the guests respectfully.

2. There is a small chair lift for hotel guests that aren't able to climb the stairs to the hotel lobby and there's usually someone waiting to help guests with luggage.
